This notice describes the corporate website and inquiry process. Product-specific and customer-service processing may be governed by additional written terms.
The corporate site may collect your name, work email, company, project interests, desired outcome, current workflow, systems involved, timing, budget range, security requirements, consent record, landing page, referrer, and campaign attribution. Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential documents, or sensitive records.
Mainspring uses inquiry information to respond, assess fit, schedule conversations, prepare scoped work, maintain business records, protect the service, and measure the effectiveness of its corporate website.
The corporate site uses Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused, cookie-free aggregate site analytics, HubSpot for customer relationship management, and Cal.com for scheduling. Business email providers process messages sent to Mainspring. The site does not use advertising trackers or create a marketing subscription when you submit an inquiry.
Inquiry and commercial records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, relationship management, legal obligations, dispute handling, and suppression of unwanted contact. Retention is reviewed when an inquiry is closed or a customer relationship ends.
Mainspring does not sell corporate inquiry information. Information is disclosed to service providers acting on Mainspring’s behalf, when required by law, or as necessary to protect customers, Mainspring, or the public.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of corporate inquiry information, or ask Mainspring not to contact you. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or suppression purposes.
Mainspring applies access, credential, and operational safeguards proportionate to the information processed. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
